Below you can see a posting from the Port Townsend Food Co-Op that explained to its members the process of the boycott proposal and ways to register their feelings on the matter. At the bottom of this page you can read PDFs of comments that were received through email and other means.

When you join your local Co-Op, be sure that you know how to visit their website and how to communicate with the Co-Op board about the boycott proposal.

A proposal to boycott all products from Israel sold in The Food Co-op has been submitted to the Board of Directors. Israeli products sold in the store: Peace Oil Olive Oil, Tropical Source mint chocolate bars, Glutino Pretzels (GF), Ener-G Pretzels (GF), bulk paprika, bulk pearled Israeli couscous, Masada Bath Salts.

Food Co-op members may comment about the proposed boycott by placing a comment card, available at the Board's board, in the Board's correspondence box. 
Members are invited to comment at the 3rd Tuesday meeting on September 21, 6-9 pm. Meeting location: Quimper Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at 2333 San Juan in Port Townsend. Member comments begin at 6:15pm.
